Multi-criteria evaluation of requirements for high-tech products in intelligent decision support systems

Abstract


The article presents an approach to multi-criteria assessment of customer requirements to high-tech products at the initial stages of the life cycle, based on the integration of methods for calculating aggregated criteria (legal, economic and technical), calculating the relevance of the performer's experience through cosine similarity and determining the needs of the performing organization in resource support. In order to unify the methodology of planning the implementation of research and development work in high-tech industries, effective use of resources of organizations performing these works, an algorithm of multi-criteria assessment of the possibility of implementing the requirements for the sample of high-tech products at the initial stages of the life cycle is proposed.  The architecture of the intellectual system of management decision-making support is developed, the use of which will allow solving the problem of assessing the customer's requirements and making a decision on the possibility of their realization with less time, which contributes to increasing the chances of successful implementation of contracts for the creation of high-tech products. Experimental study of the developed methods and algorithms showed that the use of the proposed approach reduces the time of assessment of the possibility of implementation of projects for the creation of high-tech products by an average of ~43% compared to the manual assessment, without the use of specialized methods and algorithms. The approach proposed in the article can be useful for specialists in the field of project management, high-tech product development and decision-making under uncertainty.
